Frequently asked questions
How do you make your big beads?
Our big bead garlands are made from PLA matte filament, a material used in 3D printing. PLA stands for polylactic acid, a type of plastic made using plant-derived sugars or starches.
We chose matte PLA for its smooth finish, beautiful colours and ability to create the chunky, sculptural letters and shapes that make our garlands unique.
A little care goes a long way: PLA can soften or deform at high temperatures, so keep your garland away from heaters, hot surfaces and prolonged direct sunlight. Our garlands are decorative items, not toys.
How long will my order take?
Each LOUD MEOW garland is made to order. You will need to allow 5–10 business days for your garland to be made and ready to ship.
Once your order is ready to go, we'll send you a notification with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to you.
Can you make other names or words?
Absolutely! That's kind of the whole point. Use our garland builder to create your own personalised garland, or get in touch if you'd like to chat through an idea before ordering.
Names, nicknames, inside jokes, questionable life choices and naughty words are all welcome.
Looking for something ready-made? Keep an eye out for our upcoming collection of pre-made garlands, featuring phrases and favourites like HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JUST MARRIED and more. Watch this space.
